Silicium Liquid is a liquid mineral-and-vitamin formulation from Dr. Rilling Healthcare, combining the brand's proprietary SAM-Silicium® technology with vitamin D3 and vitamin K2, suspended in MCT oil derived from coconut.

Each 5 ml daily dose delivers 50 mg of activated silicon, 20 µg (800 IU) of vitamin D3, and 75 µg of vitamin K2. Unlike standard water-soluble silica, which the body struggles to process, the SAM-Silicium® system is designed with a slow-release, non-clumping structure intended to reach deeper intestinal regions for improved uptake. The MCT oil carrier is included to help transport the two fat-soluble vitamins alongside the silica.

Silicon is a structural trace mineral involved in collagen formation and connective tissue integrity, making it relevant to skin elasticity, hair and nail strength, and joint and bone support. Vitamin D3 and K2 work together in bone metabolism: D3 supports the body's absorption and use of calcium and phosphorus, while K2 is involved in directing calcium appropriately within the body. Per official EU health claims, the product contributes to the normal absorption/utilization of calcium and phosphorus, the maintenance of normal bones, normal blood clotting, and normal immune system function.
