The evanhealy Rosehip Balancing Serum is a certified organic facial oil built around wild-harvested Chilean rosehip seed oil — a traditional skin remedy used for centuries by indigenous people of the Andes to treat scarred, sun-damaged, and burned skin.

Rosehip seed oil contains roughly 80% polyunsaturated essential fatty acids (linoleic and gamma-linolenic acid), which help regenerate and strengthen cell membranes.

It also carries naturally occurring pro-vitamin A and vitamin C, both of which support skin renewal and the reduction of fine lines, uneven tone, and visible imperfections.

The result is a serum that works for virtually every skin type — balancing sebum in oily skin while deeply nourishing dry or depleted skin.

Layered into the base are four whole essential oils — rose geranium, carrot seed, Hawaiian sandalwood, and rose otto — chosen for their lipophilic (oil-loving) molecular structure, which allows them to penetrate deeply and amplify the regenerative action of the rosehip.

Rose otto in particular has been shown to reduce transepidermal water loss, helping the skin hold onto moisture throughout the day.

How to use

Mist face with 5–10 sprays of a hydrosol toner. In the palm of your hand, mix a dime-sized amount of serum with 5–10 more sprays of hydrosol.

Gently press the mixture onto skin, distributing evenly across cheeks, forehead, and chin. Finish with a final misting of hydrosol. For drier skin, follow with an occlusive moisturizer. Use morning and evening.
