QuinoMit Q10® fluid with Selenium delivers ubiquinol — the body's active, ready-to-use form of Coenzyme Q10 — in a nano-colloidal liquid dispersion of roughly 50nm droplets. Because the Q10 is already pre-converted and suspended at this ultra-small droplet size, it's largely absorbed directly through the oral mucosa rather than relying solely on intestinal uptake, giving it markedly faster availability than standard powder-based Q10 capsules.

This formula pairs ubiquinol with sodium selenite and niacinamide (vitamin B3) to create a dual-antioxidant approach: selenium is a required cofactor in the body's own conversion of ubiquinone into ubiquinol, and supports the glutathione peroxidase pathway that helps neutralize oxidative stress at the cellular level. The addition of niacinamide supports normal mitochondrial energy metabolism alongside Q10.

The synergy of Q10 and selenium has been studied directly in the KiSel-10 trial (Alehagen et al.), a Swedish study of 443 participants that looked at combined Q10/selenium supplementation in older adults, particularly around cardiac and selenium status.
