Made from dried coconut flesh (copra) that's carefully pressed, refined, filtered, deodorised, and bleached to create a neutral, versatile cooking fat perfect for any cuisine.
This coconut oil contains medium-chain triglycerides (MCTs), particularly lauric acid, which are saturated fatty acids that are quickly digested and readily used for energy rather than being stored as body fat.
Unlike long-chain fatty acids found in other cooking oils, MCTs require less enzymatic action for absorption and go straight to the liver for rapid energy conversion.
