Purasana Organic Coconut Blossom Sugar is derived from the nectar of the coconut blossom. This coconut blossom sugar is unrefined and has a sweet caramel flavour. It has the same sweetening power as granulated sugar and is therefore a good alternative to ordinary sugar. Coconut blossom sugar also has a low glycaemic index.

Purasana coconut blossom sugar is organically grown and comes from the Philippines Indonesia. The sugar has not been processed so all vitamins, minerals and fibre are retained.

We test each batch of this product to ensure it does not contain heavy metals, pesticides, or harmful microorganisms.
