ActiveCells Chlorella-Spirulina brings together two of the most researched microalgae in functional nutrition — Chlorella for its detoxification and B12 profile, and Spirulina for its metabolic and athletic performance support — into a single 50/50 tablet.

Both algae are cultivated exclusively in closed glass-tube photobioreactors in Germany, using the farm's own artesian spring water source. This closed-system cultivation means zero exposure to outdoor contaminants such as heavy metals, pesticide residue, rain dust, or aflatoxins — a common risk with open-pond algae farming. A gentle, low-heat drying process preserves the Chlorella cell wall intact, which supports its natural chelating (binding) capacity for xenobiotics, and protects nutrients from oxidative damage during processing.

Nutritionally, the blend delivers roughly 50% plant-based protein, a spectrum of minerals (calcium, potassium, magnesium, zinc, iron), B-vitamins including bioavailable B12 (a valuable nutrient for vegan and vegetarian diets), polyunsaturated fatty acids, dietary fiber, and natural pigments including chlorophyll, carotenoids, and phycocyanin.
